Welcome to the Care First Services website. I hope that you are able to find all relevant information about our organization and the work we accomplish with young people. Care First is an incredibly special company and I am privileged to work alongside some truly dedicated people. In this organization I have witnessed what the remarkable changes young people can achieve when given the correct support and opportunities.

We, at Care First, believe that all young people have the potential to succeed in life and contribute positively to society. Unfortunately, not all young people receive the support they need to thrive. Without immediate and discreet intervention by caring adults, these individuals are able to make choices that not only determine their future, but, ultimately, the economic and social well-being of our nation. Recent studies estimate that millions of individuals - nearly half the population of young people aged between 10 and 18 - live in circumstances that place them at risk of not fulfilling their potential.

Care First Services offer an open and trusting partnership between young people and dedicated individuals who are able to provide guidance, support and encouragement. Our Support Workers aim to develop the qualities and character of the young person, with valued input and assistance from parents and Social Workers. Together we can provide the young person with a network of support, counsel, friendship, positive reinforcement and a constructive example of life today. We are an organisation of good listeners, individuals who care and genuinely want to help young people bring out the strengths that are waiting to shine through.
